Mitch: we try to use little c concensus as much as possible, big C concensus is something that would cost a significant amount of money or would change the way nb is. just follow our one rule: be excellent to each other! So for concensus process a discuss keeps happeneing til everyone is ahppy enought il the proposal moves forward, and everyone agrees. Concensus block only is there as a last resort, its important to be there if things get out of hand or emotional. Blocking, means that in good conciousness you can not be a part of nb if that thing discuss continues. So um, the one exceptiona s we've seen w the membership process any member w good standing but its much better to work things out.
